Start with a question you can check.

“List my active jobs and their current status” is a useful starting point. It asks for a defined set of records and a clear answer. A question about one named job is easier to review than a request to assess the whole business at once.

In product testing, the CORETAXA AI Assistant retrieved active jobs, quote statuses, available financial figures and scheduled days. Those are practical ways to find your next record to inspect.

Let missing data stay missing.

Ask the assistant to identify which figures are available and which are not. A job with no recorded costs does not give you a reliable picture of its margin. A confident sentence should never replace the underlying records.

Try: “Show the quote status and recorded financial figures for this job. Flag any missing information. Do not change any records.” Then compare the answer with the job itself.

Use the answer to guide your review.

Treat an AI response as a starting point. Check dates, amounts and statuses before making a commercial decision or sharing the result with a client. Keep questions within information you are authorised to access.

This example focuses on reading and summarising existing records. It does not assume that the assistant can run your business autonomously or replace professional advice.
