A clear starting point for using CORETAXA and understanding each party’s responsibilities.

Using CORETAXA

CORETAXA is a workspace for managing construction business records, including leads, quotes, jobs, workforce activity and financial information. These draft terms describe the proposed relationship between the service provider identified below and the business using the platform.

You must have authority to act for your business and to invite other users. Keep account details accurate, protect sign-in credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. Workspace administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate access to their team.

Your records and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You give the service provider permission to process that content to deliver the features you use and respond to your support requests. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share information about clients, workers and other people.

Keep records accurate and review estimates, invoices, payments, payroll entries and reports before relying on them. CORETAXA is a record-management tool; it does not take over your contractual, tax, employment or site-safety responsibilities.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform unlawfully, upload malicious content, attempt to access another organisation’s records without permission, or interfere with the service. Respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property.

If access must be restricted to address misuse or an urgent security risk, the restriction should be proportionate to that risk. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and a way to resolve it.

Plans, billing and cancellation

CORETAXA is currently available for $0 during beta, with no platform or per-worker subscription fee for beta access. Beta access does not itself establish a paid subscription. Features and usage allowances may change as the beta develops.

Pricing may be introduced or changed in the future. Before a pricing change takes effect, we will give affected users advance notice of the new price, its effective date and the options available to them in accordance with these terms and applicable law. Any future paid plan must state its billing, renewal and cancellation terms. Contact us to discuss a billing issue or request cancellation. Nothing in these terms removes a refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

AI and connected services

AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Review the source records and any proposed action before making a decision. AI output is not legal, accounting, employment or other professional advice.

Connected services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Connect only accounts you are authorised to use, review the permissions requested and consider what information will be shared. Feature availability depends on your plan and the services actually supported.

Availability, changes and ending access

Maintenance, outages and changes to connected services can affect availability. Any service-level commitment must be stated in an agreed order; this draft does not promise uninterrupted service.

Material changes to terms should be communicated before they take effect. The final agreement must explain notice periods, how either party can end the service and how business records can be retrieved afterwards. Keep any records your business must retain independently of the platform.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under Australian or New Zealand consumer law. These terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule.

Contact the service provider with concerns so we can try to resolve them. The final agreement should identify the applicable law and dispute process without limiting mandatory rights available to you.
